Panda

Fiat Panda

The Panda has been a long serving car for Fiat and it continues to shine in the Fiat archives to this day. Fiat began production of the Panda in 1980 and it has always been a car that is fit for cruising around city streets. The first generation model was produced for an astounding 23 years before any real changes were made to the actual vehicle which serves as a testament to Fiats reliability and durability. The changes made on the second generation model only improved the car, and consequentially the Panda was named the European Car of the Year in 2004. The third and current generation is offered as a 5 door hatchback or a van and can come with one of three different engines as well as a choice between 3 different transmissions. The Panda is the successor of the old Fiat Seicento, having said that I wouldn’t recommend looking at getting a second hand Fiat Seicento over a Panda, they are two completely different cars!
